- Someone sent an email to me and it has not arrived.
- Check your spam folder on our server
- Go to Coinet.com and click on "Web Mail"
- Enter your username and password.
- Look in your SPAM folder for the email
- Did the sender get a "bounce" (error) message?
- If we rejected the email we always send a bounce messgae.
- Sometimes the sender will not see the actual bounce message (Microsoft often substitues a generic "It Failed" message)
- We need to see the bounce message !! (It is the only best clue as to what actually happened.)
Forward the bounce message to us "as an attachment" (we need to see all the header lines).

- How are you connected to the Internet?
- If you are NOT connected via a Coinet access account or a Bendbroadband account
You should use your current Internet Access provider's outgoing mail server to relay outgoing email.
